Meet Dubbs
Hi, I’m Dubbs Weinblatt (they/them), the Founder and CEO of Thank You For Coming Out. I’m so happy you’re here.
Dubbs travels the country (in-person and on Zoom) teaching workshops on LGBTQ+ inclusion, speaking on panels and at events, and consulting with organizations. Through the power of storytelling, humor, and their expertise, Dubbs connects with and educates their audiences to inspire change for a more equitable world.

We’re All Connected!
Thank You For Coming Out grew from the need for a more diverse show in the New York City improv comedy scene dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ coming out stories and journeys.
Now over six years running, TYFCO has expanded to be a vast network of improvisers, performers, artists, and allies, a podcast platform, and a consultancy service that provides workshop and training services geared to creating a more equitable and just world.
